Laxtons, the 109-year-old Bradford yarn business, is set to double its manufacturing capacity with a move next year to the Sapper Jordan Rossi Park, formerly known as the Baildon Business Park. Construction of the first three units at the new Baildon Business Park has begun. Developer Pendle Russells is building a state-of-the-art 28,000 sq ft facility for precision-engineering firm Produmax, a 15,000 sq ft unit for surgical equipment manufacturer Anetic Aid, and a 14,000 sq ft unit on a speculative basis.
